Minimum Passengers
To confirm a flight we always requiere a mínimum of 4 passengers per flight. In case you want to book for 1/2/3 passengers the company will try to look for the rest of passengers in order to get the minimum, 4 passengers.
If you want to fly alone, exclusive flight, you will have to book a flight for 5 passengers.
Tickets
All products, journeys and services offered by BARON 58 S.L. are valid according to the dates which appear on this web site or any web site associated with www.cathelicopters.com. BARON 58 S.L. accepts no responsibility for any information which is not supplied directly.
Amendments
All requests for amendments must be addressed to the Commercial Department of BARON 58 S.L. which will process the request (add how, e-mail, telephone … and the details).
BARON 58 S.L. will not charge for amending or changing the dates of an existing booking, provided that the request is received by our Commercial Department 1 day before the date of your confirmed journey.
All changes of date and requests and amendments will be subject to availability; BARON 58 S.L. cannot guarantee that any date change request will be successful. However, if you request a date change within …. days, BARON 58 S.L. will try to meet your request.
When BARON 58 S.L. gives advance notice of a significant change in a booking and/or for a product or event, we will make every reasonable effort to notify the consumers, travel agent and/or distributor, as the case may be, in order to amend or reissue the booking whenever possible.
Cancellations
If a service cannot be performed, the parties affected will be notified in advance and the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation charges:
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the planned departure time will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total ticket amount. If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less in advance, or if there is a no-show, 100% of the ticket amount will be forfeited.
Prices
The prices shown on the www.cathelicopters.com and BARON 58 S.L. websites are per person, unless specified otherwise.
The prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the official Euro rate.
Price offers are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Payments
BARON 58 S.L. accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa (state whether others are accepted and alternative forms of payment).
There is no service charge or levy for processing payments via credit cards.
To make a booking, full payment by credit card is required.
The payment will be listed as BARON 58 S.L. on the credit card statement.
There will be no refund of payments made once the service has begun.
For security reasons, when you present your booking in return for a ticket, you must show valid identification including a photograph, and sign the BARON 58 S.L. booking. This is for identification purposes and to help us prevent fraud.
